Can you register a .charge domain?

What .charge would mean
In their own words, from the public part of each application (question 118):
To supply electric energy to a storage medium like a battery; to impose a fee; to pay via credit; etc.
Who applied for .charge
NextGEN TLDs GmbH
DE, stage: Pre-Evaluation Processing
The mission and purpose of this TLD is to expand consumer choice by providing a dedicated space for offering and finding charging services such as for the growing fleet of electric vehicles. Registrants and users will be companies that provide charging services and their clients, primarily drivers requiring such services. It will be sustainable because EVs and other electronic devices continue to grow, and charging services will experience growing demand.
